Beggar's Road Demo

You're nobody. A beggar, a drifter, a nobody with nothing. You wander a world that's hard, petty, and frequently absurd, town to town, forest to forest, forgotten place to forgotten place, trying to survive one more run.

Gather poor companions. Ration your scraps of food and gold. Make decisions that range from sensible to moral to deeply, catastrophically stupid. Pigs go to trial, relics are probably fake, and a man will absolutely pull a knife over a turnip and feel righteous about it.

Travel a living medieval world. Handcrafted towns, markets, forests, and ruins across the Prince-Bishopric of Liège, each journey a fresh chance at new perils, new opportunities, and new people you definitely shouldn't trust.

Recruit a party of scoundrels. Beggars, vagrants, and worse. Everyone's got a strength, and everyone's got debts, troubles, and a shady past.

Juggle three factions. The Bishopric (order and flexible morals), the Merchant Guilds (wealth and backroom deals), and the Bandits (freedom, violence, strong opinions). Back one, anger the rest, or try to play all three. Carefully.

Survive each run. Manage food, gold, and risk. Gamble for reward or play it safe and starve a little slower. Permadeath is real, but every run is a new story.
